As part of our ongoing facility infrastructure improvements, we are notifying you about at-risk maintenance taking place in our Orlando-based facility next week.

As part of our ongoing facility infrastructure improvements, we are notifying you about at-risk maintenance taking place in our Orlando-based facility next week. We will be upgrading and replacing the UPS systems for our A-side power path within our Orlando (MCO2) data center facility. This upgrade will improve the capacity and reliability of the power delivery for this power path. We do not anticipate any issues during this maintenance and will be taking adequate precautions to mitigate and minimize the risk of impacting client services. No action is required on your part before the scheduled maintenance and we do not anticipate service disruption during the upgrade. For the duration of the maintenance, services supplied by the A-side power path will be continuously supplied power from our A-side standby power systems to minimize the risk of power fluctuations or loss of power from the utility services during this time.

Services, such as our VPS and Cloud platforms or any other service specifically configured to use both, which are backed by A|B redundant power supplies are fed from both our A-side and B-side power paths and would not be perceived to be potentially service-affecting during the maintenance. The maintenance will be completed during the maintenance window starting on March 13th at 8:00 am through March 14th at 8:00 pm.

Potential downtime is highly unlikely.

While we do not foresee any changes to this scheduled maintenance at this time, should the maintenance schedule change we will send a follow-up maintenance change notification with details on the amended scheduling.
