As part of our commitment to provide the best infrastructure for your services, we're sending you this notice to inform you of scheduled maintenance that will be taking place in our Orlando-based facility Saturday (02/25). We recommend reviewing the following details:

Reason for Maintenance:
Maintenance will take place in order to upgrade software on our network infrastructure as well as modify some core-facing configuration elements in order to take advantage of improved technologies available and to improve operational resilience.

Maintenance Window:
Planned Start: Feb 25, 2023 @ 1:00AM PST
Planned End: Feb 25, 2023 @ 05:00AM EST
This is an approximately 4 hour long procedure. Please make sure your important files are backed up.

Estimated Amount of Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. While our Networking Administrators are conducting the upgrade to our network infrastructure customers will see our routes change which will cause some additional latency. During routing convergence, some packet loss may also be experienced. This may last for the entire maintenance window.
